Great review. (Cough, Triumph Thunderbird shuttle comment, made me smile) I enjoy your reviews, keep them coming. Stay safe in these terrible COVID times.

Honda brought the CB 350 with a big bang. RE now giving a fitting reply with this Meteor 350. Benelli and Jawa are already here. A good, healthy competition. At the end, it's good for us, the customers 👍🏼
Excellently pointed out about the engine braking in prev gen 350.. I always felt the engine braking strange in the classic 350.. Sometime it feels like no engine braking at all!!. Then if I downshift more..enormous amount of braking kicks in which makes the wheels lock. Glad to hear the revs are sorted out and can't wait to test it. Excellent review btw
Channels like these r not reliable reviewers u can just get a overview dimensions idea and nothing else they just take the bikes from showroom go to a empty road ride it few minutes make video and upload it..they even don't know engine produces more heat in real world fuel meter is not working properly and about other real world issues...they want just views 😔
I enjoyed your very professional review and opinion. Its just the sort of bike i'm looking forward to seeing in the flesh downunder very soon. I just hope the quality and reliability is up to par.

@@3075yaser nope you are wrong. The interceptor is a great bike and global reviewers have never talked of poor frame geometry on any models even the old 500 bullet.
RE have just dropped the 500’s in the UK and we haven’t had the 350’s for over ten years the meteor is rumoured to be released over here before the end of the year. The 650’s are the biggest selling bike over 125cc in the UK and have brought lots of new customers to the brand as they are priced well below their competitors at £5500 to £6200 depending on the paint option you choose. The meteor if priced right about £3500 to £4000 should attract more customers to the brand. The only problem I can see with this bike is the performance 120kph translates as about 75mph which means that motorways are going to be best avoided and out of town it could be a bit slow compared with other traffic.
@@rahulk2633 You also have to be able to keep away from the lorries which are limited to 60 mph(100kph) . I though have been very impressed with the new bikes that Royal Enfield are making they are a massive step up from the old models in both performance and quality. The old singles had a reputation for being a more “hands on” bike that needed constant maintaining to keep working the 650’s have killed that dead as apart from adjusting the chain and air it the tyres you can leave the spanner’s alone . I can only hope the meteor continues this.
Thank you for making this comprehensive video on an adorable bike. However, i suggest RE to install projector headlight and gas filled shockers in the rear at least in its top variant.
I really do hope they sell in good numbers in the global market. Because other manufacturers are challenging RE on their home turf. With this engine, RE won't be pulling any punches either!
Excellent comprehensive review, tells you exactly what you're getting, which is not a sports bike. On the other hand for stooging around West Wales back-roads on a fine summer day...
I look forward to riding a Meteor near and around the Karla and Bhaja caves when it's safe to travel again. Great review, thank you for sharing. Peace and Love
All reviewers on first time review of an RE : " Trust me this doesnt have vibrations like the older ones" When the next model gets launched : Repeat dialogue
Im going to be seriously looking to buy one when they arrive here in the U.K.. First job for me would be silencer change ,tour saddle upgrade . And alter the Tripper mount to move it up to be centrally level with the Speedo. Love the simple 2 valve ohc power plant which if built as well as the interceptors plant will be ultra reliable. A one tooth more up grade to the engine sprocket for solo only riding imho would give a more relaxed criusing speed.
I wish RE would built a dedicated sidecar bike. Here in the USA only Ural is selling sidecar bikes but they are very expensive and Dealer's can't keep them in stock so you end up waiting months for your bike to arrive. Don't expect to find a used cheap one as used bikes cost just a little less than new so it's better to wait for a new bike. RE could assemble sidecar bikes using standard frames and only change the triple tree to optimize rake and trail for tugging the sidecar. That and welding brackets on the frame for attaching the sidecar. You don't really need to drive the sidecar wheel or have reverse on street sidecar motorcycles but an electric reverse motor on the sidecar could be an optional accessory.
Nice review 👍. One thing I would like to highlight about pillion seat. Its length is good enough, but the back rest is the culprit. It can be positioned 2-3 inches backward to accommodate comfort to pillion.
I wonder if RE will take note of the little bits you pick up, like the over bright clocks and the reset of the navigation, it would be nice if they listened and made small changes, especially as it's been a year since this review.
RE should launch as an accessory, extended (atleast longer by 2.5 cm to 3 cm ) backrest rod or assembly. Feels cramped in long journeys. That seems easily manageable.
Good one Rohit. That was a very honest, not-hyped up review. Looking forward to ride one. Expectations are always different with the RE fanbase, though everyone demands refinement, top speed and all that, the very fact that there are so many buyers for the UCE350 engine despite the well known fact of it not being the most comfortable/reliable bike in its segment of price bracket means there is a large chunk of people to whom the bike still appeals. Being a RE owner myself, I know the pain of parts reliability and the constant oil leak and what not but would i trade my bike for something better? buy another one? may be, trade this one in? definitely not! Among all the frustratiuon and chaos it brings at times, there is this connection that cannot be put in words. Its not 'macho-ism' as ppl often mistake it to be. Its something more... much much more. Its a bond very few bikes with so many short comings can create. That is the USP of RE more than anything else. And with Meteor I think they have retained or tried to evolve that feeling without straying too far from. Question is will Honda be able to attract this kind of crowd away from RE, Guess only time with tell. Two things, thanks for answering the questions and about the 650 Twin Cruiser, who knows? well from that smile, I certainly feel that you do. Haha. Btw Still waiting for CB350 review and a comparo
Beautiful Bike but….needs MORE HP for the US Market. There are a lot of Highway traveling in the US and with a top speed of 70 to 75mpr this leaves no room for situations where you need more power to get you safe in those instances. Love the bike though. Nice Review, please keep up the Good Work! Cheers from Salem, Ohio US.
RE is making nice bikes. They are small to me. I like the retro looks, the build quality, and the price. They are fine for 90% of the population. If I was regular size I would have a 650 quick.
Few things which is missing in this bike according to me 1. Oil cooling system like the himalayan 2.slipper clutch 3.6th gear (may be may be not) 4. Square large rear view mirror 5. LED headlamp 6.rpm meter 7.large fuel tank 21 lit 8. Kick start
An actual bike review!!! Filled with facts and informations which are required for a potential buyer, rather than filling with philosophical dialouges and script for a TV series which other RU-vid channels are doing. Great job Overdrive
I guess the biggest curiosity about this bike is the Engine Vibration that is felt on the RE bikes which also cause a lot of exertion and body pain sometimes on the rider's. I am sure most of the riders are keen to know how would the bike compare to the superbly refined twin cylinder engine of Interceptor.
To make a bike complete cruiser it would be interesting to make design to keep leg in complete relaxing or more forward stretching position...and there should be at least enough space to sit two average people. Because cruiser ask you to take for a longer ride....and if bikes length is little increased that will help to have enough seating space...This bike looks stunning ...I like its power ...(my personal opinion only)
I really want this bike i just hope when it comes to Canada they don't over price it out of the market. If i could get this bike and that awesome jacket that you are wearing than i could forget about the rest of the worlds BS.Easy cruising all summer long.
It should have had All LED Setup, Headlight, tailight, indicators Power Should have Been minimum 25 to 30BHP Slipper Clutch Side stand cut off Rest is great❤️🔥
Hey indian friends, how is Royal Enfield confiability/durability in India? Over here in Brazil both Bullets 500 and Classics 500 have been presenting preety bad construction issues, being the worse engine pistons breaking. Hymalaian dashboard crumbles on the inside with vapor, and now the Twins are having start/ignition issues. All the models sold here in Brazil are made in India.
