Sorry i am a wrapper as well so i have toch ask, why didn't You remove the logo first and deasemble te tank so You can go around de corners and underneath the tankcap? Now when there Will be gas spilled all the foil Will be fuckt, becose the edges Will come lose.

Apart from black, all other Colors fade gradually, so laminating it and protecting new like color is good.

For how long we can keep lamination ??? As i had placed a sticker on my bike tank, after 6-7 yrs due to intense heat of sunlight, cold at night, it has got so strong bonding with paint... That it is not possible to remove without giving some bad scratch on the tank... So i recommend you not to take it very long...

That is because, the sticker has adhesive to stick to the surface. But here it is stuck on to the surface, by expanding the material, so that it takes the shape of the tank. So, removing would be easy.. Correct me if I am wrong.
