Actually a friend in my class at school us in this group but not in this video and se gave me some information bc i was interested qnd this is what she told In they prepare a dance for a whole year and also a plan of what they need to do in the day to prepare the dance for example she told that they have to do ab workouts everyday and so send a video proving that they have actually done it and other stuff and in December they go somewhere and dance it so as you can see they're preparing one dance in a whole year to make a single move look perfect

First of all the the section starting at 5:55 is SO FAB. Paris choreographed this whole number with so many styles of hip hop and just dance culture itself. The wacking section is unbelievable. I genuinely crumbled to my knees watching this.
