Unquestionably Mark IS a British Royal Marine without missing any days of action and will remain so his entire life. If seen videos and met people, myself included who did something great in the past... but are not that today... But Mark IS that today and this is helping to that indomitable spirit to wake back up and live, lead and achieve again.

Yes! So glad he got that mental game figured out. Ive never been through anything like he has, but ive been seriously depressed for many years in the past, just constant pain and misery. The way out is exactly like he says, we arent meant for static/stagnant, monotonous, lives, we need progress, we need to constantly be moving forwards, wherever that leads, we needs to keep things moving. Its life changing. Seems like he also found David Goggins, and that is never a bad thing. Absolute game changer.

Mark is a genuinely nice guy as well as all this. Met him in Toronto at the 2017 Invictus Games. Got a chance to talk with him a few times. And watch him compete.
