In the Bundeswehr we get a HAND COUNTED number of shots to use at the range. 10 shots or so for each drill. I was a Schießbuch-Führer once. The guy who writes down which soldier got how many shots etc. Yeah... That's why this guy is so happy. No counting of the shots xD

Honestly her laughing as she went to the ground was what got me... She death-gripped him hard enough that he faltered. This soldier is still laughing while being tazed after realizing what she'd done. That's badass. O.O

9:38 In relation to that clip, after reading the comments apparently the pilots were fine, but its unknown about whether anybody on the ground was injured or killed. Pilot was trying to show off but miscalculated the lift of the apache because of the lower air pressure (high in the mountains) so hit the ground :/

It's also a shame for that helo... these things aren't cheap and I hope it at least was salvageable because that is a stupid way to break one even if the US Army's budget is insane.

Luckily for the pilots, the AH-64 is cockpit is meant to withstand extremely harsh and high speed impacts and crashes and crumple in specific zones (similar to modern cars) still retain its form of the canopy to allow quick dismounting in the event of a crash. Have heard stories of apaches hitting the ground well above a couple hundred feet and both pilots surviving due to the structural design of the apaches cockpit. According to the official report by the military, no one on the ground was injured and both pilots were injured but not fatally. The mishap was deemed operator error by US Army crash investigation panel. Its unkown what punishment was handed down.

One thing I like about this guy is how he's always enthusiastic about everything. He reacts in a way that proves he's a real marine with knowledge, but not in a serious or deadbeat way.

They still use the MG3 which is just an updated MG42 funnily enough. Probably why he was firing in such short burt's as the MG3 fires 1000 rpm while the M2 he's firing shoots like 500rpm.

One of my mom's ex boyfriends pepper sprayed me when I was younger around 6. I was in the back and he was in the front of the car, we were waiting for my mom to come out if the store when he said "hey look at this." When I peaked my head around he sprayed me. I can't recall the exact feeling but I remember it was terrible abd I cried a ton also my mom was furious.

Quick tip for world at war- don't play hardened. And there's a reason. I just played today and you die 10 times more from world at war than from any modern warfare game. It's crazy. The enemies they never stop coming. And grenades - i get killed by one every 30 seconds. You can also get shot for no reason under full cover. I recommend playing regular as it is a much better experience to just enjoy the game!

One story my dad told me when he was in the RAF, was a punishment called 'the squealing ant'. It was when you didn't finish something in training, you would lay on your back kick your legs and arms up, and start waving them and screaming at the same time, Infront of everybody.

I have been pepper sprayed and mace on a few occasions and I can say, it sucks but if you stay calm you can still focus, when you panic cause its hard to breath and see, thats when hysteria can set in.

It was probably done by a drill instructor or an experienced M.P. personnel. All MPs go through tazer training.

5:47 the machine gunner could be walking his fire on to his target. Accurate fire is needed not 100s of rounds off target. Only use 3 rounds in full auto because it’s hard to combat the pull/climb of weapon from recoil.

Typically Deployed Machine Guns like that are used to suppress, not accurately kill. Sure killing is wanting, but suppression is the goal.

Back in college we convinced someone he was immune to pepper spray replacing pepper spray in a bottle with water and spraying him in the eyes as a party trick. Then when he went home for christmas, we swapped his pepper spray back for proper pepper spray. Needless to say he was extremely angry at us when we came back after break. The swimming one..... I have heard that a lot of people going into the USMC either, can't swim or can't swim well. Justin from Smarter Everyday had to do helicopter training for if the chopper submerges and at least 2 of the marines at the course couldn't swim.

No, it wasn't because of a bird. Because they are higher in the atmosphere there, air pressure is a lot different, so its harder to determine the way that the helicopter will move without more experience.

18:25 In the USAF we are given a class to go over the anatomy of the M4, break down, cleaning, and putting it back together. We are then issued an M4 that can't fire bullets but is built to accurately replicate the internals of an M4. We take care of this M4 for about 3-4 weeks familiarizing ourselves with its function and such, but that part is on the individual to learn this firearm and the basics of how firearms work. After the 3-4 weeks is when we are taken to the firing range and allowed to shoot live rounds. The sister branches are little more quick on getting trainees onto a firearm though and what you are seeing is the bad side of that process.

That brings back bad memory's of the R,T,F, at recruiter phase 1 lol. I almost punched my CPL to try and got. closely followed by being pinned to the floor and the old 4 man lob out the door. My head was used to open said door like a battering ram. I had just enough time to stand up before I projectile vomited in front of the hole intake. Fun times \m/

My grandfather had some funny stories when he was in the Army Reserve. One was where he was doing target practice with shooting at airborne targets and he accidentally shot down a $1M drone that was pulling the target he was supposed to shoot. Another was when his platoon was tasked with cleaning out the latrine pits and the moron of the group fell in. The guy had to stand in the back of a Willy Jeep all the way back to the barracks to clean himself up.

as an american civilian i can say that myself and at least 50 other people i know are comfortable with the ar platform and most people that join our military have probably shot an ar pattern rifle before joining. wether it be a 22, 223/556/ 308/762 or even 50 beowulf they are just common in many parts of our country

We do it alot of dry firing and practice before we get to fire live around. Some people are just dumb, exhausted, given up at this point to where they aren't thinking straight.

The Rubber chicken if for the Air Force Honor Guard. I was the guy that bought the first one back in 2002. That is part of a military bearing test. Man I miss that place.
