P.s The crew of the flight they always clean the plane before the ascending of the passengers, but during the flight customers may use toilets and leave papers and stuff and not clean after they leave the toilet, so this is not the company’s issue, the company can clean the plain only after every flight, so not during the flight ✈️

Wondering why you got the old airplanes with the old livery and interior 🤔 I’ve personally always had the newer ones with updated interior flying to and from Europe and those are very very nice
toilets were clean before people started using them obviously.... flight seemed to be full anyway but staff check the toilets regularly for cleanliness and safety reasons,, but glad to know you had a smooth flight
***I am not saying this because I am Moroccan*** I want to give credits to RAM's pilots, I took very different airlines companies, and I should say, the Moroccan pilots are in the top 3 of all the companies I went with... Sometimes we forgot that everything is not that importat compared to our life itself. But still, you are giving a very honest review and I respect you for that. Objective review! Hope they will work on weak points. Maybe you could have mentioned that they are one of the rare airlines to give at least 23kg luggage included in the fly ticket.
As moroccan living in the US, Rabat AirPort is Nicer than some rundown ones that I see here. It’s not basic it’s luxurious comparing some airports I’ve been to in USA
The bathroom cleanness wasn’t the airline issue; unfortunately u used it right after a pig used it & of course pigs don’t clean up after themselves ; sad but true. Bravo Air Maroc

Yes for sure pilots and staff were fantastic! But the airplane was not the cleanest besides the toilets, the compartments had not been cleaned at all unfortunately. Overall we had a pleasant experience though :)

Worst Airline, ever stopped flying with them since 20 years ago. Always delayed, prices always expensive, service at airport is like low cost, staff unfriendly. Once they delayed our flight for 2 hours to wait for a VIP to arrive to the airport because they were royal or something and pilot was its technical problem. RAM needs to hire new CEO and to hire all Moroccans with international expertise thanyou will see a good Airline with a good reputation
RAM completely changed in the last 4 years or so ! They changed the company as whole , its business model , staff...they are now one of the best affordable airlines

As I said, we need a good foreign CEO who can change things who have the king's green card to do whatever, and only than you will see the difference & business will boom & also why they Don't hire good Moroccan managers that are doing great job with other airlines like EK , Qatar, Saudi Etihad & Canada France USA. Old managers need to retire.
