Hello Alexandra; have to give credit to those wonderful Royals that work so hard. Queen Maxima has got to be "the best dressed Queen in the world". Her red outfit was stunning. Loved seeing elegant people at the banquet with the King of Spain and Letizia. Mentioned yesterday and again, Maria Teresa of Luxembourg another of my favorites, she dresses very well, but the evening gala print dress for their banquet was so-so. Congratulations to Norway's Ice Hokey para Olympics team and Mette-Merit so lovely. I was wondering about the San Quentin stop, very interesting project good for Governor Newsom wish them success. Princess Victoria always at her dad's side, she is ready to be queen. ❤👑 💐

I love that King Carl Gustaf has been grooming and training Crown Princess Victoria for her eventual role as Queen of Sweden. She will make a wonderful, compassionate monarch.

As Alexandra predicted, the "battle" for the most astonishing tiara in the Gala Banquet in the Netherlands was fierce. All the Royal Ladies looked lovely that evening.

I have a fashion question. Should Princess Catharina worn the necklace over the sheer cape or under it?

King Felipe of Spain and Queen Letizia of Spain look like movie stars. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏😍😍

Princess Catherina Amalia of Orange won the dress battle with her dark blue cape gown. Queen Letizia of Spain won the Tiara battle with the Spanish Diamond loop tiara. Its so beautiful. Queen Maxima of the Netherlands wore the Stuart Tiara. Its so beautiful and sparkly with but its too gaudy for me. The Princess of Orange wore The Ruby Peacock Tiara, Its so pretty and I love the peacock tail at the front. Princess Beatrix of The Netherlands wore the diamond bandeau. Last but not least, Princess Margaret of The Netherlands wore the Dutch laural wreath tiara. Alexandra which is your favorite tiara\dress?

Maxima had the Stuart tiara on and she looked fabulous.

MY vote goes for Queen Matilda she was gorgeous, and her tiara wow the best. Leticia not so much. As for the King's a course goes for King Felipe. Thank you for all hard work and dedication to bring us such a wonderful videos.

They brought out the BIG tiaras for the state visit in Spain! I'll call it a tie. The Crown Prince of Norway's return to UC Berkeley was interesting, but the prison visit seemed more like a photo op for the governor. Even so, the tie in with reform based on Norway's system adds more clarity to the unusual location visit. And so glad to see Duchess Sophie active with others unwell in the UK royal family.

I watched a video last evening of the receiving line at the Dutch/Spanish state dinner. Queen Letizia was sitting on a stool while she shook hands. Wonder if she's injured or just worn out from walking in heels all day.

Maybe you did not know but Princess Amalia have lived in Madrid for the last year, thanks ro King Felipe. She stayed there because of the threats she suffered (and still does) from criminals.

The painting, "The Adoration of the Mystic Lamb" a.k.a. The Ghent Altarpiece, was made during the reign of HRH Philip the Good, Duke of Burgundy. Jan van Eyck was court painter to Duke Philip. Looks like Q.Letizia wore a swan on her head, how cute. The gowns were beautiful and the tiaras, wow. Of course Q.Maxima brought out the big gun- The Stuart tiara. I don't know who Grand Duchess Maria Theresa got into her wardrobe after the mess last year, but they are much better with colors and styles that compliment her.

I forgot to mention that parts of Belgium, France and the Netherlands made up the Duchy of Burgundy: Ghent was part of the duchy. Philip the Good, Duke of Burgundy, founded the Order of the Golden Fleece in 1430 on the occasion of his marriage to Isabella of Portugal. King Felipe, as Sovereign of the Spanish Order of the Golden Fleece, is seen wearing the golden collar of the order at the state banquet.The Distinguished Order of the Golden Fleece is a Catholic order of chivalry. The Golden Fleece can be seen dangling from the collar worn by the King of Spain. The links of the collar, or chain, are made up of flints and strike irons. King Felipe can count Philip the Good amongst his ancestors. The Altarpiece of Ghent refers to the Order of the Golden Fleece by portraying Christ as the Lamb.
