Looks good cleaned up . One reason I have not acquired a M95 in the original caliber is because of the ammo . I would like to know how it shoots with the ammo you have & have you purchased any from Casto’s Curios ? If so will you be shooting it also ?
Did you order one of the B grade Carcano long rifles? My FFL has mine, but my background check got delayed and I haven't seen anyone else with one yet.
@@tfusilier44 Is it what you expected for a B Grade from RTI or did it surprise you? Honestly haven't been burned by RTI yet and wonder if I can keep the streak going.
karl i was able to find someone who reloads thru a friend that belongs to local gun club that was willing to get the dies needed for this caliber. he did it for a buck a round. i also found some brass on GB that someone had resized. buck and a half with shipping for 40. a little pricey all together but still cheaper than original stuff that shoudnt be trusted. hopefully will get to shoot it soon.
I bought two carcanos. B grade carcano 1891 rifle with all parts and no crack but dirty bore. And cavalry carbine with rifling in mint condition but there is a crack on butt of the stock (with an attempt of a stock repair with nails) and uneven butt plate. I was supposed to get a carcano en bloc clip with the carbine but there wasn't one included so I am contacting RTI about that.
@@usna98 I’ve heard of them, I want to test their 8X50, but I was going to say, is that original 8X50 is .323 they had a expanding base that is why it didn’t fit the muzzle in my opinion
