The Kansas City Royals meet up with the Toronto Blue Jays in Game 6 of the 1985 American League Championship Series at Exhibition Stadium in this NBC telecast.
Hey man, I’ve been trying so hard to find a game I went to as a kid right after 9/11. It was the Mets @ Pitt on 9/19/01 (day game). I had it recorded on VHS years ago but never transferred it & I can’t find any clips whatsoever online. Either would be amazing, but if you happened to have the Fox Sports Pitt broadcast that would be fucking sweet. I’d be willing to throw you a few bucks if you could help me out. I actually had tickets for 9/12/01 (my first time getting to see a Mets game), but obviously it got delayed lol.
I'm surprised. It took MLB so long to institute Instant replay, Cause the bad umpirering carried all the way to the world series, in game 6 of the world series, that controversial call at 1st base that allow the Kansas City royals to break the game open and come back and win the World Series...
