RPA learners count has been increasing every day. where as RPA is automating things, whether it might be a process on SAP, excel, Web, API's (might include little bit of python, .net, macros). We can explain some of the automatons that we worked on (Considering that we are not revealing any sensitive data) but every process will be different all together. So how we can show our skill set is different from others? suggestions appreciated.
That’s true, because RPA is still evolving...the only way through which we can differentiate ourselves from others would be by showing our willingness to explore the new capabilities :) RPA engineers should consider implementing POCs which shows the new possibilities!!!
Hi, I have a confusion on RPA tools. I am a blueprism developer and learning uipath. If the interviewer asked this question like" There are 3 tools Blueprism, Uipath,Automation anywhere. How to select the tool for the process and in which scenarios we are selecting. What are the differences between these tools". What I should answer. So,Can you tell me based on your perspective. It will help me to know about this.
You can get into anyone of them with atleast minimum coding language, so try learning the basics of them to know with which you are most comfortable with
@@MrSharathraju I have learned basics of rpa from uipath academy.. and got diploma certification...i haven't did any hands-on on other tool...so as of now uipath is my preferred tool.
@sharath raju same I have done uipath certification in Rpa and don't have any hands on experience but I know how to handle uipath tools and having hands on experience in Rpa business analyst will it be worthful for searching jobs in other companies with better package? totally iam having 8months experience in Rpa uipath.

Hi Sharath, Is it possible for someone with 3+ years of experience in Technical support with negligible coding work ex but who has a CSE degree to dive into this and mastering the projects showcased here alongside other UI path projects that I find along the way with the help of my friends who are already certified RPA devs or from online? This is an informal question but I'm sure the answer would be beneficial to 1000s of us out there who are looking for a way into this beautiful architecture and changing our lives and for others in the process in the course of the next 1 year or so. A detailed & logical reply would be immensely appreciated and I would be onboard with you right away along with a lot of my fellow brethren ! :)
Hey Maddy, I really appreciate your enthusiasm towards the RPA technology... Yes, it’s definitely possible!!! I say that because with the amount the free RPA resources available today you can master most of the complex concepts with proper practice, but... The only thing that can differentiate you from the other person who is also just interested like you and who also have all the certifications done related to RPA is... Real time use cases✌🏻 Rather than just getting ours hands dirty with some random projects, try to implement some industry use-cases and that will give you a good advantage for sure!! That doesn’t mean I’m encouraging someone to pursue the fake experience way but I mean to say... if you know how it works in real time, and you understand how to handle a project and also if you have the capability...Why will not someone consider you? They will👍🏻 Become better at communication skills, Basic programming skills, problem solving and gain some industry expertise and that’s how it’s done ✅ Hope that helps😊 All the best buddy!!
