Education is free for 12 years, university education is accessible, Health insurance covers all, development is on going, Rwandan Army today is for nation building unlike in the past when they were used for genocide and intimidation. If you are not in Rwanda then you are backward. The modern Hutus are more enlightened and critical thinking than before.
