How haven't I found your channel earlier, your art style is absolutely adorable, I'm a huge Mirage and Sunstreaker simp so this makes me smile like an idiot
I don’t know how late this is but if you’re referring to his red horns those are supposed to turn into police lights. He is a Datsun Fairlady Z police car, but there are transformers that are animals/arachnids or insects but are either fully animals (such as ravage) or it’s just part of their design (similarly to cliffjumper who has bull horns and Arachnid from Transformers: Prime who just has spider legs and abilities). So no Prowl is not a furry but yes they are some animal like characters :)
