Ciara & West - Here's the problem, Nick. She told him exactly what her intentions were and if those weren't his, or he didn't want to possibly pursue commitment, to get out. YES it's OK that he decided he didn't want to seriously date her. That's not the issue. The issue is he knew that for awhile, but didn't tell her so he could keep her around for convenience.

Going that hard saying West didn’t do *anything* wrong and somehow coming across as blaming Ciara is WILD. Shutting down the opinions of your other guests/cohosts without attempting to even listen to them is just as wild…. Why even have them on the show at that point?

Nick goes into every topic with a poorly thought-out conclusion, and when facts are presented, he digs in his heels like Lauren from Utah. Wes pursued Sierra, knowing her intentions were clear because she made them very clear. Wes lied about being exclusive during the summer because he was sleeping with other girls. He then proceeded to parade her around his family across the Midwest. He slept with her, knowing what it meant to her, but was never serious about engaging in the relationship that she needed. He used the excuse of the fans to break it off. There is no guarantee that a relationship will work, but the person who dropped all their walls is feeling hurt. Why did you pursue me? All of this could’ve been prevented, and breaking up without a real reason other than newfound celebrity status is simply messed up.

I need yall start watching the extended scenes reunions because you guys missed the whole part where Ciara said she gave West an out after cameras went down specifically addressing the concerns of getting the new attention for him to decide he wanted to continue the situationship which led to her going to the wedding, meeting the parents.

I agree that Ciara has some responsibility in what happened with West, but did you ask West why he would pursue Ciara, take her to meet his parents in Missouri, take her to his brother's house, take her to a friend's wedding, and also spend every day with her if he wanted something causal? She said repeatedly she isn't a girl that you just sleep with. She wanted to know his intentions. I think she should have stayed with that mindset but Ciara really liked West and she let her emotions take over instead of following her initial thoughts. That doesn't mean that West should just take advantage of her feelings towards him to sleep with her. I agree he isn't Sandoval, but he clearly didn't care about her feelings. He pursued her for 6 plus months until just before the show aired. That is horrible behavior.

Lindsay was the only one who knew he was going to be there during that window. The picture of all the girls at dinner was taken by Lindsay and posted. And it was months after the breakup.

nicks initial commentary about ciara like cracking jokes about her on traitors and saying the fanbase will blame west on how she does on that show is actually kinda rude and unnecessary. I totally get if he agrees more with west or thinks west did nothing wrong, but how did ciara deserve any of that shadiness? Shes even been on this podcast before so is she not like a friend of show where some respect would be shown to her feelings.

I think Carl and Lindsay are both flawed they were better off as friends he should've never gotten with her so soon after his sobriety but I think she was in denial she knew their relationship was having huge problems but she just wanted to get to the wedding whereas he was battling himself cause he was recognizing these issues won't just go away once they are married I think his refusal to take blame is about him knowing he wanted to break up with her all summer but orchestrating this whole ploy which is what ppl have been trying to say about him and I just don't think he's this master manipulator he's been asking her for weeks to give him a softer supportive side and she said that wasn't who she was I to would start realize this can't be my future

I definitely think Wes is immature and needs some growing up to to do…What he said at the reunion about getting attention from women, not wanting to be Ciara’s puppet, and being intimate with Ciara knowing she is not the hookup type and wants commitment is completely messed up. I knew Sam Asghari when he was younger @viallfiles, He used to bodyguard Isla Vista Parties ( UCSB student town about a square mile of 30k students ) .. look up Isla Vista to see the party scene. This was one of my favorite episodes of RR and Zach Gilford/Friday Night Lights raised me for so many years and pre-teen years. So .. this ep was great. That being said, Nick's take on Ciara and West was a bit all over the place. I agree with him that Ciara didn't follow through on her own boundaries, 100%. But... West is LYING (which Nick keeps saying he didn't lie...he absolutely did). At the reunion, Ciara said that she "gave West an out" by asking him point blank - "Do you want to work towards a relationship/are we going to move this forward/etc" and West said YES - AND THEN SHE SLEPT WITH HIM. She finally felt like she did have some sort of commitment or security from him in that moment, plus the wedding and the meeting parents, etc. It's not until AFTER they have sex that he told everyone, "I decided to end it before it got too messy." He knew he didn't mean what he was saying when he said he wanted to work towards having a real relationship with Ciara. So this whole, "West has been authentically himself this whole time and it's Ciara's fault for not seeing that," doesn't really make sense to me, and most people who are seeing Ciara's valid feelings in this. That to say, this whole season with Ciara and all of the men objectifying her to no end was so icky and disgusting to me and her crying made my heart break for her. You've got motherfucking Jesse Solomon saying "WHY WON'T YOU HAVE SEX WITH MY FRIEND," you have the girls asking you about it, you have WEST asking you about it and then you listen and you have sex with the man and then he leaves you. It's just gross and I feel like her tears at this reunion was a culmination of all the pressure and noise and her frustration with her not listening to herself. It's sad, actually. I don't hate West at all, definitely disappointed though. I feel like he is well-aware enough about himself to an extent that he can learn quickly and actually be a great guy. I wouldn't even be mad at Ciara if she chose to give him another chance, but he would definitely have to have shown some growth and really value her the way she wants to be valued. All I know is .. she better not ever go back to that mouse-man Austen Kroll.

Every girl in that photo Lindsay posted of the girl dinner besides Gabby, was irritated enough by being made part of her narrative of making Carl the villain, to take it up with her at the reunion. So that’s all we need to know about whether or not Lindsay was painting a misleading image of the dinner - everyone at the dinner felt used by her when she did that. The fact that Lindsay would never care enough about others’ feelings to appreciate that unless it’s being brought up at a reunion, is exactly why she’s gotten where she is with all her relationships on the cast (horrible).
