No, I dont think Noida Authority is earning. It is the other way round! Tax payer money was spent in building a massive concrete, safe and secure go-down. And those spaces are leased surely at very nominal rates to the car companies/dealers. It is the car dealers who are making money. Surely it must be their nexus who got such a project approved in the first place in name of public amenities.

If I vote for 1 candidate for his policy and ideology and the candidate shifts party, what happens to my will and my vote which showed I support this candidate, this policy, this ideology😢. I hate the news anchors who say don't do politics or refer to politics as dirty. In a country where everything is tied to politics, asking not to do politics is like asking not to give your opinion, not to argue, not to oppose, not to exist. Even if politics is dirty, but that is the only way Indian people have been left with to work with. I hate arvind kejriwal who was initially going on path of actual constructive politics like schools and mohalla clinics, but currently have made a joke of everyone who supported him initially by going on to religion and forming alliance who do support this. I hate the India where, top 1% of rich hold 40% wealth of India. This is the real discrimination very visible but no steps taken by any party to close this wealth gap. Also its insane they bulid parking for 7000 cars in a single location. Thats insane. No wonder 2 floors are entirely empty. To ease traffic and parking issues in the city, they should have instead come up with 20 such parking assets with roughly 300-400 cars each spread across the city.

@ML-jw8kf The problem will be to get land allocation and also connectivity to large public transport modules like metro. They usually get a large parking done at major stations to facilitate movement of vehicles in and out...imagine in the middle of gurgaon. That would create more traffic congestion in, out and around the parking.

@@mathewjais Parking is also needed in markets, high streets, large office complexes, important govt. offices. These are areas of congestion. You can have automated car parks 10-15 storeys with space for 200-350 cars in approx 2500 sq.ft of space. This is what is needed.

I am not casteist but i will give you an insight. Most sawarna media do not talk about actual issue they only show news which can earn them good TRP. News laundary was first sawarna media who actually talked about the representation of non sawarna in media sector and gave opportunity to many reporters from the underprivileged communities. The reporter in the video is a dalit reporter. U can also watch other dalit news channel on youtube they actually report the real issue in the society needed to be addressed which mainstream corporate sawarna media skip.

@@BabaZee-t9o that is not even the appetizer. i think the taxes over all on a vehicle purchase can go upto 40%. why would any sane person see that amount of tax and go for it? its sad really. and here our fellow citizens fight if they get to harrass or kill minorities without consequences.

@@VishalKjha not 40%, highest can go till 52%, meaning half of the vehicles price is given as tax, plus 10-15% on top of vehicle value for insurance and rto tax, road tax and all. So basically, if you pay 20 lakh for a cars, more than 10 lakhs is just given as taxes to the government. Only stupid people who cant even do basic calculation or research would ever pay this much tax on a car, people dont have money anymore and government doesnt seem interested in lowering taxes, so their you go, cheaper cars are still selling though, but they are bad
