@@Fraqsu I am in the same situation. Tier 50 upgrade quest for necro gear requires killing Mogre's. The Kennith's Concerns quest is required to use the fishing explosives and lure them out.

Not required. Fishing explosives do the job without any reqs, but better version super fishing explosives is after kennith's concerns.
