The JB Automation and Engineering Rotary Screw Tray Denester is proudly designed and manufactured in Australia. It features a tool-less adjustable denester head to accommodate different size trays and a dual auto loading buffer conveyor to provide on average 30 minute of run time between reloads.
This unit denests trays up to 160 per minute and was designed to bolt onto the side of the customers conveyor. The most popular style is a cantilever frame that is wheeled over the conveyor.
Custom denesters are also available to suit your application or production line requirements.
