For years Lyft bots have been randomly sending follow up reports to drivers that didn't originate from actual Lyft customers and deactivated them for no reason. The new procedure should be for real humans from Lyft safety team to send a voice call to the actual Lyft customers that made the reports. They would discover that a lot of these reports never even came from a Lyft customore. Lyft bots have terminated a lot of good Lyft drivers that did nothing wrong. 💯
