This is correct understanding of RSI .Also very good point of taking counter trade during RSI divergence. Taking trade along with trend divergence may result is sudden fall or reversal. One of the best advices on youtube. He is so honest. Sure shot is Loss!

Exactly I also use rsi divergence with SMC as divergence with rsi reach above 70 or reach below 30 mean OB OS area, if divergence occur in SnD area, if divergence in premier or discount zone and divergence with liquidity sweep patterns accompanied with othe confluences to get better result. Thanks for enhancing trading knowledge.

This over bought and oversold thing which Bharat Sir told in this video, I apply same thing in Bollinger bands...when price goes below 20 moving average and does not touch lower band then I know that price has strength and it will move higher once it crosses middle line in Bollinger bands
