@@cherylween4973 exactly, it’s funny that animal rights activists have been exposing rspca recently suddenly they bring out an advert including cows chickens and pigs and now suddenly everyone loses their minds, when it was dogs and cat and turtles everyone agreed it’s just crazy to me the double standards and hypocrisy
They have been losing sight for years Raking in the money in donations at the same time leaving the smaller local animal rescue to pick up the tab. Dumping rescue at vets who then have to call local animal charities to pick up and pay for shelter, food, veterinary treatment and rehoming. The local charities are taking these animals because the RSPCA give healthy animals a death sentence if they are unable to rehome. Donate to your local animal rescue charities.

I eat very little red meat, mostly chicken, fish as protein. I smirk when I see the massive fatties in the meat aisle. I include plant based meat substitutes more and more and they are really quite good.
I actually love their advert, and no it was not anti-meat!!!! How do you people not see the advert is simply saying, to give animals a little respect, when it comes to farming, to GIVE ANIMALS MORE SPACE!!!!!!

I’ve recently lost 25 kilos since I went low carb, high protein on a meat based diet (and intermittent fasting). My blood works are perfect, blood pressure back to normal, I’m building muscle, despite me now hitting my 50’s and the menopause years. I will not be quitting meat any time soon. I live on eggs, butter, yoghurt, meat, veg and fruits. No alcohol and no ultra processed foods. I spend a fortune on good quality, ethical food products, and do not buy from the supermarkets. I definitely support a more ethical approach to farming and their animals. The vegans, vegetarians and carnivores, “hunters & gatherers” should come together and fight the real enemy, the huge corporations that made money from feeding us toxic fake foods that have been making us fat, stupid and sick. And it’s since we have been eating FAKE foods that we have increasingly gotten sicker and sicker. It’s not meat and eggs…it’s industrial toxic chemicals disguised as foods. There is a crisis of obesity, heart disease, type two diabetes, cancers, Alzheimer’s and many other preventable illnesses caused by our toxic foods. Instead of blaming each other, we should be focusing on the real problems and who are causing them and making money from them. Clue…it’s not the meat eaters….
Mark made many useful and spot --on points. But he's wrong about greyhound racing. It is a cruel sport in which the dogs are disposed of - put down or rescued when they stop winning. Back in the fifties my uncle was what was called then, the Secretary General of the SPCA, and back then it was committed to the original beliefs of its founders in 1824, who included William Wilberforce, the abolition of slavery campaigner. He would be turning in his grave to see the downward spiral of political correctness undermining the real job of the society, which is rescuing animals in trouble, not trying to manipulate people's thinking.
I'd love to know their views on bug eating then ? As it has been shown time and time again that plants are not beneficial to a human diet at all. So bugs are the next in line...I'm not eating bugs. Just so they know. I'm also not eating most veg, they're minging
I used to support the RSPCA when they were an animal welfare organisation. Over a period of time, here in Australia, they have become more of an animal rights/animal justice organisation. Maybe they should go back to basics & leave all this crap to groups like PETA - this is right up their alley!

How can you honestly say this with a straight face. What we have done to animals, the holocaust we have put on them , is more than any sane person should be able to stand. Nowhere in this ad was any hint at anti farming or anti meat. Indeed it showed cows and hens in good farms. The British public are under the illusion we have high welfare. We do not. What is done to pigs is so obscene that even the rspca couldn’t show it on their ad. Why do you have to be so cruel and call anything that wants to show a little kindness to animals as anti human? What or who’s agenda are you peddling? You want animals to suffer then? The rspca is not a vegan charity so no mention of shutting down farms was made. I don’t understand this hatred towards animals you have.
So after speaking with Omeri Liyanage at your legacy team, i have the recording and will happily add it here for everyone. Basically the RSPCA didn't know my Aunt, but as they were on an old will, as soon as she passed they redirected all mail from my aunt to their legal teams offices, without legal authority. And have placed a caveat on her will, because they are trying to get the whole estate. Never mention this charity in a will, as they are like evil vultures, even when they have no legal right to the estate or money. They are basically holding the estate to ransom for more money and stopping us from legally executing my late Aunt's last wishes. Despicable behaviour to be honest.
