There has been a revival in Congress' performance in the recently concluded Lok Sabha election, but its strike rate in their stronghold seats was much lower than BJP.
While, South and East continue to be difficult zones for BJP, North and East continue to be difficult zones for Congress. More than half of BJP’s strong and very strong seats are from North of India, and Half of Congress’ strong & very strong seats from South of India.
