Most startup companies or newer companies (especially in the San Fran area) have a similar philosophy on the work environment. Pet friendly, catered lunches, flexible hours, etc. It's not just RT

Watching this video, it is amazing how big this company has become. They started as a bunch of nerds making video game videos over the phone and now they are the internet equivalent of Disney. This is the American dream
