Andy Emmerson People just something to complain about. But for all of you whom are bitching about Jared Leto as The Joker: Heath Ledger is dead get over it, you can't judge Leto's performance (THAT HASN'T HAPPENED YET) based off of two photos and the fact he has tattoos, give him a chance, and stfu because I eventually want a Suicide Squad movie.

Andy Emmerson Most people had a good reaction when they found out Leto was going to play the part, it was just that image they released with all the stupid tattoos that pissed people off. The design fine on it's own but the tattoos are pretty dumb.

The Joker works in Batman because they're opposites. Bats is dark, serious, dangerous. Joker is bright colours, everything is funny to him and half his arsenal is gag weapons. Bats works in the shadows, Joker craves an audience. Bats hides his face, Joker plasters his all across Gotham. that's why he works against Batman and no-one else.

IGame4Charity I started off with 3 rats a few years ago, didn't have 100% knowledge on them. They got quite chubby, which made it hard for them to move about. The one had a mammory tumor, decided to put her down because it got so big. The operation was expensive as hell to remove it and it just wasn't fair on her. The other one just completely lost it, she might have had a stroke. Just one day she started flailing about in her cage and couldn't walk at all. Put her down that same day. The other one we put down when she was about a year old, she just lost function of her paws. Couldn't pick up food properly or eat, might have been a brain tumor. During this same time we were given a rat from my brother's, work colleagues sister. She had to have her eye sown up because it was damaged in a fight. She was very timid to begin with and didn't like socializing, but she came around after a while. When those two older rats had been put down, this one was left on her own. Decided to go to the nearest store where they sold pets. They had 3 rats, 1 fancy and two dumbo. Took all 3, so then we had 4 rats. Again, the one we were given had trouble socializing with new rats, so again, it took time to introduce them and get them all used to each other. They loved each other after that. Had to put that one down, she might have had pneumonia, breathing was terrible, lost so much energy. Broke my heart seeing her. We still have the 3 young ones, they're about a year old now. Very slim, fast, agile and lovely rats. The one thing people comment on are their tails, but they are awesome pets to have. They lick you to death. The one loves climbing onto my shoulder and sticking her nose in my ear, grooming my head and sticks her nose my nose. Shes crazy.

When burnie was talking about how the soldiers would run on the others Parachutes, they train you to do that in Airborne school, at least when I went. Its a terrifying feeling becuase you do start falling at a higher rate and you can feel it. and when you snipe you DO take in account the earth, but its such a small calculation it wont take you shot off that far.

I know that this is quite a while after the recording, but Milk Snakes are the ones that look like Coral Snakes. King Snakes have a similar appearance, but not similar markings. I worked in a pet shop that carried king snakes and milk snakes, and the milk snakes were always kind of to themselves, but the king snakes are amazing. If I was holding this one king snake and opened my mouth really wide, it would poke it's little head in, sniff around, not touch anything at all. Unbelievably smart animals. It did that even with it's owners when they came and purchased him :) That being said, I am seriously in love with these Podcasts. I usually multitask while watching/listening to them and it makes monotonous tasks MUCH more enjoyable. You guys are amazing, I'm really happy that you've lasted so long and I hope you last even longer.

32:30 My great grandfather was a paratrooper in WW2 and he told me when they got close to the ground they had to look at their parachutes to determine how hard they were going to land because they were getting holes in them from being shot at.

The last topic (deposits under 10,000 bucks): banks need to report single deposits of over $10,000. Criminal organizations know this, and they often move money by making large deposits just below this threshold. Now, a small business may make cash deposits of several thousand dollars every few days; even though all the deposits are below 10 grand, a steady pattern of large-figure deposits must also be reported by the bank to the government as "suspicious." You are allowed to shoot someone parachuting down if you believe their intention is to attack, but you aren't allowed to shoot them if they're parachuting to safety (i.e their plane was shot down). My dad worked in the Hague on the Bosnian war crimes tribunal so he's a fairly reliable source.

Snipers do have to take into account the Coriolis effect, however it only really makes a distance at either extreme ranges or extremely precise shots at long ranges.

My scariest moment was sleep paralysis as well but I saw a darker than average shadow in my room looking over me, I thought it was death. Beforehand I have never heard of sleep paralysis and ive been terrified of pitch black environments ever since.

When i was a child i had sleep paralysis while being face-down in the pillow and i screamed my lungs out because i was so scared. nobody believed me, maybe i imagined it all.. but i definetly had sleep paralysis very often, especially as a little child.

Wikipedia sez: "Attacking enemy troops while they are being deployed by way of a parachute is not a war crime. However, Protocol I, Article 42 of the Geneva Conventions explicitly forbids attacking parachutists who eject from disabled aircraft." The former are combat troops and thus fair game; the latter have abandoned their weapon -- the plane -- and are assumed to be POWs-in-waiting.

In the Jokers defense, at this point he's not really a clown anymore. In the Dark Knight Heath Ledger used the makeup to cover his scars and to intimidate people. Jack Nicholson wore it because he fell in the acid or whatever and his face was messed up.

I walked across another dudes parachute during a jump in Airborne school. That shit is crazy because they warn you about hitting dead spots above other jumpers so I thought I was about to lose my air and go tumbling. Thankfully I swung back away from the other guy. Good times, though.

I think the Joker is awesome because his crazy up-beat anarchy is the complete opposite of Batman's stoic lawfulness. Also, his insanity and the fact that he is always smiling makes it hard for Batman to use his detective skills to read into his motives. That's just my opinion though.
