+superherofan24 That's ridiculous. Phantom Menace had some focus/pacing issues (and Jar Jar), but other than that it was well-written. Attack of the Clones had a god awful romance, but other than that, it did its job functionally. Revenge of the Sith failed on every possible level I can think of. In terms of what it needed to do, in terms of what it should have been, in terms of its acting, in terms of its directorial focus. The only reason I can think of for why someone would prefer it to the other prequels is if they prefer mindless action and hyper-stylized choreography over all else. Well, that, or people that wanted John Williams to experiment more...

Yea it annoyed me that Bernie was annoyed by his cough. There is a reason for it. They say they were upset the expanded universe was dissolved but seem to have never been on wookiepedia to read up on the lore behind these characters they hate so much

In legends, he coughed alot because Mace Windu crushed his windpipe.

Shes back in E8 so hopefully we learn more about her. Thought it was pretty how quickly she gave in and turned the shields down. The fact they didnt kill her shows she could have and should have timewasted. There was a 15min countdown... Waste as much time as possbile!

with that train of thought you can't like Boba Fett who literaly did nothing in Episode V and VI

Didn't really care about Phasma. She's still just a stormtrooper, doesn't matter how shiny her armor is. I was more disappointed with Max von Sydow's character. I hate that the New Republic was destroyed in the span of about 30 seconds, without any build up to make me care about it. I think that was the only reason the excessively convenient Starkiller Base/"Death Star III" was in the movie. It's like they took elements that from the EU that people liked a lot, and blew them up with the biggest gun they could find. I also hate the fact that the Jedi Order has been purged yet AGAIN, with only one brief flashback scene for explanation of what happened. And I'm guessing it probably won't be expanded upon in the future with everything else they have to do. If felt like they put the New Jedi Order into the movie, and proceeded to have Kylo Ren and his pals kill the Jaden Korrs, the Kyle Katarns, etc. Wiping the slate clean, as it were. I guess those are the only things that irk me, but those are fairly large things. Hopefully EpVIII won't have such obvious flaws.

I mean, on the hardest difficulty, drugs are kinda the worst outside of Stimpacks and Radaway. Because the side-effects that come from using drugs on Survival isn't really worth it. I just sell the drugs I get for caps so I can get my hands and much more usual things in Survival.

Episode 4, in episode 7 its not that her life isnt going anywhere, she wants to stay put for reasons. Where as Luke wants to leave. Also yes the major plot points are the same but how they get to each one is vastly different. They have very different characters compared to 4 with different back stories. Which means they can take 8s story all over the place and thus making this trilogy a very good addition. (Or they can just keep the same major plot points all 3 films and make it an ok reboot.) I really like ep7 and think its a fun movie and the story is pretty good for a part 1 especially considering the pressure they were under.

Oh and also SPOILERS in ep7 she didnt rescue anyone from a sphere. First time she had no idea it was happening, 2nd time she was the one caught and was escaping herself. So you're definitely talking about ep4.

I am commenting so I can like this twice. Movie was ruined for me because it was a remake. Literally infinite amounts of directions they could have went with the story but to do what they did just felt like a cheap cop out.

DDnufcGamer you don't have to update a PC either, it's good to have the option. You also have achievements and gaming history on PC, it's not a console thing.

+preachercaine I meant the xbox achievements, as he said himself on this podcast thats why he plays xbox over ps4. Though with Windows 10 he could have that achievement list. I dont know if all the games like fallout etc use the xbox achievement system on windows 10 though (as I use an xbox :P) I just liked the way that his comment was practically the exact slogan microsoft used when they announced the One.

+Rose Lee I'm 99% sure you don't have to pay each month to own the Ps4 or X1. And seeing as they all have the same hardware they can be optimized oh so much better than anything on PC could possibly be. There's also the little thing called 'convenience'. Put a game in and start playing it and not have to worry about if you can run the newest game, DL it for however long it'll take, then hope you don't run into any issues starting it up.

xXAscendingPhoenixXx Not necessarily true. By that logic, no one would waste time explaining why ep. 5 was so good. And yet they have been for over 30 years. It works both ways. When something is good, people talk about it a lot. When something is bad, people talk about it a lot. It's only if it's ok that no one talks about it. Since ep 1 is talked about so much, so many years after its release, I don't think it's a stretch to say it was so bad it was memorable.

+Kuhn920 People talk about Phantom Menace because the fans overhyped the movie to a ridiculous degree before it came out. Like seriously, it's most likely THE most anticipated movie of all history. Of course it couldn't live up to that kind of hype, not even the second coming of Jesus could've pulled that off.

NYEH HEH HEH Were it immediately after Phantom Menace released, I'd agree with you. But like a decade out, when the hype is passed and you can look at the movie subjectively, it basically takes away all of the things that made the classic movies cool. As it turns out, blockades, taxes, and mitichlorians are not great for a Star Wars movie.
