Can you upload a RU-vid tutorial with all the settings which need to be done on Zello and the radio? I have the radio tone rt-roip3, but it does not work reliable....
I am running a btech radio the gmrs version on the box. I was wondering on the back of the box what switch do I need to flip and where do they need to be on the back of the box? Is there a way you can make a video of where are your settings and how they are set up? I am using the phone not a computer to give the box internet the same setup you have there in this video. Thanks
@@communityradionetwork COR = "Carrier Operated RELAY" -- traditionally on a repeater (or receiver), there will be a contact that will give you closure when receiving rf signal with any signalling matched. (ex: when radio receives RF / audio / matching CTCSS OR DCS (pl / dpl) . MUCH more reliable for triggering a repeater or controller than VOX. Good luck and 73
Dont need that box at all. I made a patch lead from baofeng PTT mic plugs into any phone just using VOX. Total cost £7 or $11 USD not $100 that's to much for something so basic. I say it's over Engineered. I also built a bluetooth version for under £20 and fully portable. If anyone wants me to make a video just let me know.
You FAIL to explain IF this "box" contains a VOX. it most probably is just a patch cable and terrible value for money. Why is it that most of the ROIP boxes for Zellow rely upon a Bafong UV-5R VOX and not provide TX switching for other radios. I note that JoeChung78 fails to answer questions on his video. Not a good advertisment for RadioShop888
@@communityradionetwork the ground issue can easily be solved by using a ground isolator on the speaker side because ground is shared with speaker and mic
