They've changed the cannon of the characters of these Disney movies in every f****** game because sore interacts with them thus changing things The frozen level however he talks to he talks to 3 people Paul not even Elsa not even Hans the bad guy in the movie they make it apparent that oh sometimes you don't have to touch a world meaning it was very clear that Disney said no you can't do anything to frozen, Which if that's the case then why was it in the f****** game if they couldn't do anything with it
