2016 में पे कमीशन आया है उस पर एक नज़र डाल लो इसमें तो सरकार ने कर्मचारी को 2006 के बाद रिटायर होने वाले कर्मचारी के नुकसान को दो गुना कर दिया है सातवें वेतन आयोग 2016 के अनुसार रिटायर होने वाले कर्मचारी को बहुत नुकसान हो रहा उसे 20 साल बाद केवल 20% रिकवरी हो रही है

Commutation nehi lena chaheye kisiko nehi pata he 12% interes 15 sal tok kat roha he jo new pensioner Commutation ke badle pension ane ke bad bank se loan lene se 7% 10 sal tok bank ko Dene se profit hoga.jobordosti commutation nehi dena chaheye. 😊

For all pensioners who have been deducted commutation more than 12 yrs up to 15 years should file seperate individual pention for refund of their excess recovery of commutation of pension . Let some High court counsel or civilian PENSIONER Association should file a seperate petition in High court for implementation of Haryana High court order on commutstion

Commutation of Pension should be 10 years 2 months. Commutation Recovery period of PENSION should be implemented for Bank Pensioners also.

Opting for Commutation of Pension is not mandatory and the employees not interested for Commutation, they free ,not to opt and their finance and saving of their own. Secondly, it should not be mis construed that the years of recovery for Commutation is not solely based on interest factor rather there are some more social aspects to be considered

I'm dam sure you are giving better information than to many others. But, there should be One Policy for all affected post 2006 retirees. I'm in the 15th year of commutation recovery period. I don't know what Policy/Parameter will be applied for pensioners of my Category.

Jai hind sir mai BEG ROORKEE NK se 31 Jan 2023 ko 22 year retired hua hun pension aate samay hamara basic pay kam tha to maine Option Fix ka pto Kiya tha uska arrears bhi mila lekin basic pay me koi bhi increment nahi hua hamare sath ke 3 bande ne bhi kiya tha unka sab ka basic pay bad gaya hai lekin hamara nahi bada sir iska koi thos upaye bataye

It's so nice to hear the actual Himalayan Loss being inflicted upon pensioners. When entire commuted amount gets paid in 10y 8m, why demand for reducing from 15 to 12 y. When commutation guidelines implemented as per SCI order, whether any period was fixed upto which it would be effective. On what basis post 2006 factor was changed. Is it GOI discretion or anything else. Do not employees leaders of central, state govts , bank's and other sectors foresee this UNJUSTIFIED irrational and unethical looting of their own servants during evening of their life. Court should be impressed how magnitude is this plundering, which should be stopped forthwith; and excess recovered must be paid back with interest within a specified period to ENTIRE PENSIONERS, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER THEY APPROACHED COURT OR NOT, TREATING IT PURELY ON HUMANITARIAN GROUNDS.

2006.mein salary bahut badh gayi thi ,jiss karn commuted value bhari Deni pad rahii hai sarkar ko.Bank.ka niyam hai k zayada tha amy.higher the rate of interest.Iss liye 2006 mein pension commutation ka rate kum kar diya munasib hai..Lekin kyun k insan apna fayda sochta hai to ye galat hai.
