Schedule to be completed in 2026. Add in delays (for sure, anyone doing business like me in Malaysia know about the corruption and the tidak apa work culture) it will be probably be 2028 before it fully opens without any hitches
From what I read in the press, the KTM border trains will be removed after RTS is ready as RTS has a much higher capacity compared to KTM border trains.
