Sherlock Holmes (/ˈʃɜːrlɒk ˈhoʊmz/) is a fictional detective created by British author Arthur Conan Doyle. Referring to himself as a "consulting detective" in the stories, Holmes is known for his proficiency with observation, deduction, forensic science and logical reasoning that borders on the fantastic, which he employs when investigating cases for a wide variety of clients, including Scotland Yard.
I did a lot of stat tracking on this vod just for fun, here's what I found: Best Crewmate: Gir (7:15 wins, never got the wrong player voted off, Caught 3 imposters) Worst Crewmate: Mira (4:13 wins, caught as many imposters as she got crewmates killed) Best Imposter: Baaulp (4:5 wins, manipulated the crew to vote off a crewmate the most times) Worst Imposter: Mike (2:5 wins, did an obvious kill twice) Win Count (Total Wins:Games / Crewmate W:G / Imposter W:G) Wayne 9:17 / 7:14 / 2:3 Scorpy 8:17 / 7:15 / 1:2 Erarg 7:17 / 6:15 / 1:2 Mike 6:17 / 4:12 / 2:5 Kathryn 7:17 / 5:13 / 2:4 Log 7:17 / 5:13 / 2:4 Gir 8:17 / 7:15 / 1:2 Holly 9:17 / 7:14 / 2:3 Baaulp 10:17 / 6:12 / 4:5 Trog 10:17 / 5:10 / 5:7 Recks 7:17 / 3:9 / 4:8 Mira 5:17 / 4:13 / 1:4 Overall Best Winrate: Baaulp and Trog at 10 wins Overall Worst Winrate: Mira at 5 wins
when they finally listen to baaulps plight and let him play detective only for him to immediately send two innocent people to their death. best among us player the world's ever seen.
stash of highlights for me!! 1:00:28 can I say something real quick? 1:15:49 mira activates bauulp self destruct 1:34:29 wayner fucked up and evil imposter krill! 1:39:31 bauulps a brilliant detective 1:48:47 bauulp attempts another monologue 1:56:51 "my friends are so fucking stupid 1:59:00 oh my god bauulp is so smart 2:28:31 never interrupt him
Wayne: "Baaulp, you just called all your friends stupid and now all of chat is saying-" Baaulp, interrupting: "Oh, 'Baaulp's so smart'" Remains one of the funniest moments to come from among us, I actually kinda love the heel turn Baaulp took in this one.
To be fair, when Baaulp got 2 innocents voted off he WAS being smart because he was the Imposter lol Also if any of you has watched Lordminion777 play this game, his "JUST VOTE ME OFF" strategy is almost the exact same
Okay this might be a controversial take and I should preface this by saying I don't hate Baaulp at all and I don't wanna provoke anything in the slightest but personally, joke or not, it gets really fucking annoying fast. His """"strategy"""" was funny at first but when Baaulp does it almost every time he gets accused, the joke gets old and the hyper aggressive competitveness quickly loses it's charm and it just feels like he's being kind of an ass. Not trying to go Travis Mcelroy or anything god no but Baaulp kinda comes off hypocritical when for example calling the others out for interupting and talking over him when he does the exact same thing often. But then again, this IS Among Us we're talking about here where a seemingly calm and collected game with friends can delve into unbridled chaos at the drop of a pin and also regardless of whether I might think Baaulp went a little too far or not, the gang is still having a good time so that's all that should matter at the end of the day. Personally I just think Baaulp got a little too heated sometimes which was tough to watch. He is still the good dinner king that we know and love.
@@knonkidonk no youre right, even the crew were saying that, if in less words. Like when they were calling him travis mcelroy, in reference to travis ruining an among us stream for throwing a tantrum bc people werent playing the game how he wanted them to. I could tell everyone was tired of baaulps gambit but they were just turning it into a joke to keep it light.
Oh yeah totally. I'm not saying that it was all on Baaulp and rest of the gang is blameless hell no. Like Wayne throwing tantrums whenever an imposter round would go especially bad for him way back in the airship map stream was, while funny, hard to watch at times. Also to be real, I think I was a bit too harsh on Baaulp and I feel bad about it.
1:05:05 "oh. i'll be honest i. thought i'd be dead by this time" "BRO??!!??" "i wasn't there. i went to get grapes" "THIS GAME RULES" "scorpy for what it's worth i wake up saying that"
everytime baaulp says that over and over and everyone starts screaming at him to just say what he's trying to say i feel a little catharsis. because i have a friend who does that and i too want to just shout "JUST SAY YOUR SOMETHING"
This stream of Among Us had almost everything I wished to see in compare to the previous one ( this one: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Yi075TIykfc.html ) And other streams. And those are: 3+ dead bodies report Holly killing 3 people in one round --> ending up killing 6 in total by herself Wayne and Holly teaming up at last (something happened long ago when Holly got out so early) 4 streams for 4 perspectives at least available Scorpy being the last impostor managed to cause a tie vote and then get another victim Airship gameplay with the other 3 maps in one stream Gir staying in the game until the end of the stream Baaulp and Mike got to be Guardian Angels Baaulp got to be an impostor and see his perspective AS impostor Baaulp win with Scorpy as impostors without any of them both getting voted out. So far this is all I can remember, but literary, I wanted these things to happen since that last gameplay stream.
I switched between two different streams the first one I was watching started with the same song and the same donation sound, so when I switch to this video it just kind of continued in. It was weird
since the thing at the top tracks the number of completed tasks can't you verify if someone is just bullshitting a task by checking if there was progress?
Depends, there's ways to play around that. Aside from just turning that off, you can wait at a task as impostor until the bar goes up, make sure not to stand at any short tasks in front of crewmates just in case, or for cases like download wait around the same time you see another person do it. If you're new to the game it's easy to get caught up by that but otherwise it's kinda easy to play around.
tbf in all the other amogus streams he says that everyone always talks over him so its not entirely unjustified that hed do the "can i just say something" thing or try to talk over people
