That's dumb. Just take whatever your hz is at max and assume you'll be hitting that with this combo at 1080p. Far beyond overkill

dude.. 5700x3d isnt strong enough to pull 4070 super.. let alone 4070 ti super hahah.. get am5 board and get 7800x3d its safe option. or 7700x but if u must use am4, then get higher chip.. 5800x3d (still bottleneck but better)
