Actual answer for the 3rd one : Beucase it actually is three times less. It has some really random hitbox bugs that hit from far away sometimes, but most of the time the spear isn't hitting when it should have hit the champion twice. (Coming from a 1.2M otp nida)

Pretty crazy how simple skill shots are in league, just straight lines in 2D. No curves, projectile drop, but they are so confusingly coded that they are still easy to miss.

@@mystic1296 that's not always the case but ofcourse if one guy has gtx 1050ti vs rtx 2070 then there will be massive difference. But before I got myself a gaming pc I was able to perform really well even with an mx 150 which isnt a very "gamey" gpu

for thoose who dont get it, this is not how rtx works, rtx wich means RAY TRACING, and that means it takes sunlight in real time and casts shadows this has nothing to so with shadows. sorry but way too many confused people in here
