You can also create an apex with rubber base if you flip your hand upside down for about 10 seconds before curing to allow the gel to pull to the center.

Thanks for this! I've been using Apres Builder Gel for almost a year now, and one by one, as they grow out, my nails break on the sides. I do not use a buffer as I want them to stay as healthy as possible. I used to steam the builder gel off, but they lift so often that warm water quickly removes them, and I reapply. Just learned my nails are already structured and bendy so this may be a great solution. Thanks again for posting this video!
