Making some parts for rubber band guns from high-density polyethylene plastic. A quick and dirty video showing as few details of my process for making these parts for the guns I sell. My CNC router, a Zenbot 1624 (www.zenbotcnc.com) shares in the labor, but there's still plenty of hands-on work involved in making these and the rest of the gun's parts.
