You will use your winch, you will get wet, you won’t make it to Lake Tahoe, but you will have a trip you’ll remember forever!
I wanted to put a reminder for everyone that Spring is amazing on the Rubicon. Don’t plan on making it to Tahoe but the challenge of some snow makes it definitely worth the trip.
This was last spring not 2024. I’ll be checking conditions when I get back from EJS in Moab!!

I highly recommend checking out On X Offroad. This gps app is awesome if you do any backcountry trails! It’s packed full of useful features.
