It's Cadogan Hall, near Sloane Square. The Proms began to include chamber music and solo instrumental/song recitals about 15 years ago, and needed a venue more acoustically suited to them than the Albert Hall.
@@davidjared3402 The pianist isn't playing by heart .... They are both important - equal partners so if the singer and pianist can communicate the music that's all that matters
