Ruby Laufa Case: Namaliu to testify 

A No-Case application filed by Richard Namaliu, the accused in the murder trial of former Miss PNG Ruby-Anne Laufa, has been refused by the Waigani National Court.
Namaliu, who is facing a manslaughter charge, made a no-case submission this morning before Justice Teresa Barrigan.
He made the application on grounds that the state had failed to prove that there was criminal negligence.
