Still doesn't show how it works. You've shown customer feedback, what the UI looks like. But you never show "what" the service does or examples of a deployed customer. We see humans talking in the video for a "virtual chat and receptionist" service offering. The whole offering's messaging is just a mess. My guess is you haven't had much luck launching Ruby? Yeah, your campaign is way confusing.
