The difference for me between a buffet dinner and a sit down dinner is that in the buffet I take and taste everything I like and eat the ones that tasted good, but with the sit down dinner I try to eat what I ordered, and if it doesn't taste good, I don't have time to order something else. But usually the sit down dinner taste good so I would be happy. And yes, I try not to eat too full, because there is dancing after dinner. You have a great dancing partner!
