Racing Underdog refurbished their B-Stage 1 Karts from the traditional iconic green, to the present vibrant purple accents. The bold aesthetics of the karts colours stand out especially under the night floodlights on this track.
Housing around 8HP in the engine performance, these go karts have good handling and can get snappy if you are going fast in the corners. The acceleration is decent and there's quite a good amount of grip from the tyres driving through the tar section of the track. Being able to take the long corners flat out when properly warmed up.

Personally, this is one of the most fun and rewarding karting tracks to drive in Malaysia. The circuit is very flowing and has a good rhythm for an enjoyable drive, making it one of the easier karting tracks to attempt in Johor.
The challenges are found in the first few corners after the start/finish line. Where it requires good confidence going in fast and skillful braking to handle the sharp corners. The track can also be very punishing when going into the grass/gravel, leaving you stuck or in the barriers. Hence, its good to start slow; knowing the limits of the track and kart before thinking of driving fast.
This was my first session using the Stage 1 Karts, some key learnings is that most of track can be taken on almost full acceleration. Braking only in the very sharp corners and avoid too hard braking as it can unsettle the kart. Plus, its a must to be able to get good acceleration out of the corners, and not go too wide like I did in the last section of corners.
