The kid isn't rude at all. Massive respect for him for standing up to what he believes. Both teachers should have lost their jobs. No teacher should speak to a student the way they did. The classmate is also a hero for recording the video.

i once had a teacher that hardly ever helped me with class work i only got helped more by her assistant she did everything for me i will never forget when i came back to school from being home sick my teachers assistant gave me all my class work assignments and wrote down a few notes for me to catch up I’ve never forgot what she did for me she was the best teacher assistant ever and i wouldn’t have passed the class with out her time and help 😊💕

sad thing is there are a lot of teachers like this back in high school I had a teacher kick me out of the class because I was questioning his “teaching” skills. All he used to do is write on the board what assignments to do and when you would ask a question he would just tell us “to read the book” while he was just eating, reading his book, or on his phone. I called him out on it and he yelled at me and told the class that I was disrespectful and I didn’t take my education seriously.

Myra g Your teacher is probably the same as the one in the video where they're just going through the motions and not feeling inspired so they just figure that by writing something down on a board and issuing out books papers or whatever they feel they've done their part as a teacher. It's really frustrating even for me as I've been in your position where i was trying to learn in my course although my teacher wasn't as rude or obnoxious all he did was throw back questions at me when id ask him some and he would just reflected it back at me and im just sitting thinking "are you effing serious?" I wouldn't say he was a bad teacher if anything he was entertaining and engaging. However in his way of helping me he didn't give me anything to go on to understand certain concepts and i struggled. It really sucks feeling like you aren't smart enough and you just wanna get the help needed, as simple as that. Unfortunately i left the course as it wasn't a well organised course and it wasn't just cause of my teacher but i never felt like i got the help i deserved. It's ok to ask questions and seek out help when needed to further your understanding and to be better at your studies. The fact you picked up on the way your teacher's methods in teaching wasn't helping your understanding shows you are bright and intelligent and very observant, and obviously not just a pretty face. I do hope you continue towards your progress in your studies and achieve the kind of success you deserve.

One of Chaz's classmates had his back by secretly filming how mean their teacher was to him and posted it on social media. The video went viral and the principal showed up to the classroom. He apologized to Chaz for how he was treated and confronted the teacher for her abusive nature to her students. When she tries to defend her, the principal points out that he saw the video himself and it was no excuse for her behavior. He has her fired at once and she will be under investigation by the cops.

As a teacher myself you have to have patience and love what you do because you never know what a student goes through at home/school. I always encourage my 4K students at a young age that they can do it and they can do whatever they want to do as they grow.

It's sad that this sickening type of behaviour still continue to happen in schools today. When I was at school (back in the stone age) we had quite a few teachers who behaved in this manner. The word teach and teacher became the punchline of many a joke, as they would simply set work for us to do and drink coffee whilst reading the paper with their feet on the desk. Forget asking for help as it never happened and you weren't allowed to ask any questions either. I basically think that was because they didn't know the answers anyway. One teacher we had often hit us and threw us across the room. We all complained and yet nothing was done, because he somehow managed to cover his tracks very well. After 2 years of abuse at his hands, the headmaster caught him chucking a kid down a flight of stairs that something was finally done. Turned out he had been sacked from many other schools for the abuse he inflicted on other kids. He went to jail.... All I can say that thankfully we now have the means( CCTV, Mobile phones etc) of exposing such behaviour and securing the appropiate punishment very quickly. It would have been good to see the showdown between the teacher and the principal. We know she was sacked but it would have been good to see the teacher carted off by the police.

The teacher was the rude one, scolding the boy for seeking help!! She wasn't hands-on and threatened to send him to detention!! Ms Trident was so invincible, she felt Chaz was undermining her authority. The principal should be involved in helping to help right the wrong but blindly believed the rude teacher!!! This is time for both teachers to be sacked, not Chaz's illegal expulsion!!!
