She's always so rude , telling the woman she looks jobless and saying she can give her directions to hell is so bad

How is it that someone is merely asking you for directions and you proceed to act like they killed your dog or slandered your family name? Really strong overreaction.

this can happen in life, anywhere in the world. Treat people the right way, every time. Your reputation will follow you around. I was in a vehicle and the driver mentioned she knew the building where I lived. Also, she knew that building owner. She had been treated unfairly by that landlord, at a different apt building years ago. Now I understand the rudeness of the manager's staff at the building I live in, as behavior is tolerated from the top down, or not allowed, from the top down.
