I love how by Joker, Rude Fred is perceived as Nice Fred. This also could mean that Rude Fred is purposely acting as Nice Fred because of who Joker is. Either way this is quite enjoyable.

So... Joker went to S.T.A.R. What always struck me in Fred´s videosso far, is, how sophisticated his English sounds (at least to me, a non-native speaker). I would really like to know if he has been doing/studying anything in that direction?

The character he's playing is meant to be posh/upper class and the way he speaks is meant to reflect that. Upper class usually sound very sophisticated and proper.

Well… He’s English so unless the person has a Cockney accent or something like that, they’ll always sound « sophisticated » to non-native ears. And his character here is meant to sound like that aswell. There actually isn’t only one « British » accent 🙂

But I think I have heard enough English in my life by now, to recognize a bit of posh speaking that has merely been aquired for a certain role - and speaking, that someone has actually been using for a longer time at a considerably thorough and comprehensive level (e.g. in everyday job life). But, of course, maybe I´m wrong in my presumption. But, that´s why I was asking...
