Personally I think this dude is quite astonishing in the way that he's trying to desperately get a reaction by even resorting to insults when asked about his job. Fair point in my opinion.
Just curious why you are now bordering on impersonating or misrepresenting what you do. I loved the videos before this VQM stuff started to be a constant, it just feels wrong. And your working for you makes no sense really. I assume if you are “working” then you probably had public liability insurance working at someone else’s site. Personally go back to being factual and engaging and don’t be so antagonistic. You seem to think you have a right to be doing what you’re doing with legitimacy rather than pushing for the right to have the freedom to fill and report. Which is what I thought the cause was. Keep up the good work but I think approach needs to be changed and VQM dropped. Refer to it but that is not what your purpose should be.
Mate - you need to be careful. This is the second one of these I’ve seen where you have blatantly ignored a sign saying “no unauthorised persons beyond this point” Check 1.32 into this video. I do like watching this sort of thing but ignoring those signs is not on

Your first set of videos were great, you were respectful now you are deliberately vague and try to annoy them on purpose. Before you always said if asked to leave you should or its trespass, here you basically refuse and stretch it out.
How about do as you are asked.its private propperty.there is no public area.the mot viewing is there so you can see your car being mot'd .as customers are not allowed in workshop. Why because who will you sue if you get hut by a car.or slip on tiled floor.let alone as a tech we own easy 20-30 of tools.x that by 6-10 bays or whatever. Who is to say you are not thinking of coning back later to rob dealership.and yes its happened a few times before.all these people bitching about staff.lets all come film you.i bet you are the happiest and friendly person every day.and you love somone to film you and point out the pencils on your desc are not sharp..or there are not enough staples in your stapler. 😅
You "auditors" need to realise that no filming means EXACTLY that. Ffs are we getting to the stage where businesses are going to have to put up NO FILMING signs on their premises? And you DON'T have the right to patronize people either.
You do talk crap yourself at times. All this about "auditing" is a load of bull. You have a big ego that you want massaging. It's a workshop, materials and parts are going to be on the floor at any given time.
I was looking at buying a new car and went to the Skoda dealers in Exeter and they were the most miserable bunch of people I have met in my life and had such an attitude. So went over to Nissan in Exeter and it was chalk and cheese. Ended up buying a Nissan Qashqai Tekna instead.

Not a good response at Martins VW in Basingstoke. Very odd behaviour from passive aggressive man. I've had first hand experience of here and would not recommend. Plenty of good local specialists in the area who offer a more personable service not to mention greater value for money. A well deserved red X. Thank you.
A good response to what? This blokes just rocked up to a business and filmed everyone’s faces without their consent and filmed private areas of a workshop. Hardly gave it an audit either he just said there’s an engine cover on the floor and the car park looks rough. You’re a fucking muppet mate
Certainly would never be going with my VW to this dealership, came across very poorly and slippery. Why on earth are dealerships so bloody defensive about where one films. It screams they are hiding something....maybe they are! It begs the question why dealerships are use CITnow videos upsell one work if it is going to capture staff, tools and their workshop layout which are all so highly precious
How do people like that get into the positions they do. Companies need to be braver and sort their staff out. There is always someone better to take over. I wouldn't fancy the service managers future prospects.

Definitely wouldn't leave. He had no right to tresspass you or ask you to leave without identifying himself. Even if he did ID he probably still didn't have the authority

@@DaleSteelno one has to identify themselves even though he did say he worked there, plus another vw worker in white shirt said he worked there, it's called common sense, if he has a vw jacket on then the probability of him working there is pretty high.
