I think you guys might've missed the conversation happening because you were focused in on Rudy's lines while the ship merchant was talking. The merchant was mentioning that the price was so hefty specifically because of Ruijerd and the whole Superd thing. He's willing to take on the risk, but he's going to charge a massive fee to transport him. Edit: Hey you got it there in the end.
