As a longtime fan, I can say that trying to finish a story for someone when you obviously know where it's going, is one of the banes of Chris' existence.

What ever happened to that guy Big Mike (I think?) that had the girlfriend who’s brother was inappropriate with her? He submitted like 2-3 times. He said he was going to a family dinner and he planned to bring it up - and then we never heard from him again. The reason that Camryn Mannheim named her book "Wake up, I'm fat!" is because, when she was growing up, she was in the dressing room trying on clothes and her mom kept handing her clothes that were several sizes too small for her. Finally, she had enough and yelled "Wake up, I'm fat!" at her mom. Why do I know that? I read it somewhere a million years ago and that's the kind of information my brain stores.

Don't take PPIs like Prilosec or nexium. I just went through a month of hell trying to get off of them. I'm off now but I'm still bloated and have rebound acid and it's just miserable. And by the way they don't do much for you while you're on them. I've been on them for 10 years

I have some advice for the guy who thought it was a good idea to video in to disparage his girlfriend: just show her your submission so she can hear, for herself, what you said about her. that way, she knows exactly how you feel + you don't have to find the right words. I hope she has the fortitude to respond appropriately, because-unless she matches your level of sh!tty-she deserves better. there are a myriad of reasons she could have gained weight-most of them being health-related. she could be depressed; she could be dealing with hormonal imbalances; or maybe she really enjoys food, loves a good nap, and thinks she's in a relationship with someone who has her back + would be honest with her, no matter what-but kindly and thoughtfully. it is perfectly okay to not be attracted to her anymore. you calling in to this show + not having the decency to at least remain anonymous is, like, not. my advice to his girlfriend: walk away. he lacks a spine + he doesn't respect you. you only have one body, one true home-take the very best care of it + don't let just any ol' thing inside...particularly this guy.
There's no way to be honest about this topic with women. Yall ask for honesty but in the exact specific way you want, you say "kindly" but there is absolutely frankly no way to tell your girl she's getting fat while still not getting her to flip out .We're never ever gonna have that conversation where women just take accountability. Chris talks about women and accountability all the time, you should know if u watch him.
A better example to the killer last name would be Bundy. It's even more of a common last name, and Ted Bundy is even more famous of a killer than Jeffrey Dahmer. And it's even the joke from Married with Children - that they made the family's last name Bundy.

In the beginning of the pod Chris hair looked so great then it started to look like a Ken doll hair that was weirdly layered . So was it a little wet in the beginning and if so that is the look for you slightly wet. Matt your hair is always perfect
