Can you even imagine how much practice this must have required? Shri Rudram itself is quite difficult, but reciting it in this style is even harder. Smoothly reciting even the Mahamrityunjaya Mantra in the Ghana Patha style is very difficult. And they did it for the whole sukta. How long must have they practiced? Months? Years?
Every art needs skill and hard work, Vedas are no exception. They train from childhood and are able to sound flawless after years of tremendous hard work. But, more important is to how we are able to retain the divine vibrations, mere rote sounds are not going to do anything and that is the reason none of these pandits can create rains or super natural stuff because for that you need to be extremely pure and when you are pure recitation of Vedas or any divine chants becomes powerful.
The Ghanapatha is supposed to increase the effect of the original script by a thousand fold. It is very soothing to the ear. I hope and believe the noble tradition continues
The young Hindu generation, especially those who crazily dance to the rap songs, should be exposed to such amazing vedic chanting. We have been amidst the fear of corona, this the right time to listen to such chantings. Thank you for uploading.
There is nothing wrong in dancing to rap songs. There are plenty of people who dance to rap music , enjoy and are even are experts in vedic chants etc.
@Franz Berger Ghanapatah. Each one have their own liking and disliking. Not all like the most followed rap or hip hop or pop or Bollywood song. Every song has its vibe and some feel it amazing while others dont, so its normal. I grew up as a kid learning Vedas and Slokas, including Rudram and I chant this nowadays as I get good energy vibrations in my body. I can't say everyone gets the goosebumps so each for their own. Some feel it boring to chant or sing or hear this while others like it. Some get goosebumps and body full of vibrations entering into a temple, like Shiva temple while others may not feel anything, so its normal, some see it like a museum and appreciate the art even if its not in their religion while others may worship it as divine and get peace, bliss while others may have hatred towards and want to destroy as its not in their religion. The same sun or rain can be felt good by some and not good by others.

Is there a difference btwn the realization of Brahman / realizing the “VectorSpace” = which also includes witnessing the 5 elements in Conciousness.... existence/Non-existence....

Daily just for five minutes listen to this by opening the video at random. Your satva guna will be on the ascendent!

Flawless Sanskrit pronunciation has to be blended with perfect swara recitation. This is just Shri Rudram paatam mode. The next grade is known as KRAMAM.less than 10 percent of the khrama vidhyarthis graduate to the grade called JADA. And the summit is GHANAM. One has to be wedded to the adhyayanam for not less than 10 years to become a GHANAPATIL. One can not adequately reward him for the SUBLIME torrent a ghanapatil spouts. It is a privilege to even to listen to this consummate glory of the Sanathana dharma.
Great / Hats off to all the Ghanapadhikals. Ghanapadam is very difficult to memorise. It needs lot of concentration and I wonder how all they are chanting at ease. It physically calms the nerves of a mere listener. numbs the ever thinking mind to absolute standstill and he starts traversing as if scampering with great speed leaving behind a zigzag trail dodging and circumventing the hurdles of wild jungle trees, bushes, rocks, streams and ups and downs with tremendous speed and with a perfect reflex action without even waiting for fraction of a second!
Shashfrigal are running through the chanting to complete the Ghanapatha. In olden days, Ghanapathis from AndhRa pradesh who visited our home would chant the Ghanapatha with a beautiful medium speed and uchcharas were totally heard and understood. For the speed, suresha padhdhati is perfect.
Shri Suresh has taken 32 minutes, purely for learning for first Anuvaha. When you learn and know Rudra in Ghanam mode you will enjoy and it is superb. This is mastery and they have learnt when they were children staying in Vedic Patashalas for years. Here the pauses between words are clear. In slow speed breath control is difficult.
