This is a slur to wombats! Wombats are the smartest marsupial. They spend the first two years of their lives with their mother, needing lots of attention and hugs, and then when they turn two they go through a period called "the turning" where they become incredibly aggressive and bitey and start fighting everything and that's when their mother kicks them out.
