Just another puppet on a string. He seems uncomfortable and awkward as he stands up and does that nervous stretch, starts to walk away but turns quickly and strokes every mic on the table then runs out of there. It doesn't seem like he is joking, it seems like he is doing something he isn't quite comfortable with that's why it looks so awkward and cringy.
