@@akcj1. yes it dose Having a healthy skull/face mean a healthy space for his brain and can breathe better Healthy smooth skin means better coat, No rash and infections. He is easier to clean. Dogs shouldn’t have a smashed in face nor skin wrinkles. It’s abuse and it’s unhealthy.
