I don't have any interest in learning how to make these rugs but this was a cool video. Also, you should "sign" your rugs with more than a sticker. Maybe some embroidery or a sewed on patch on the back? These are really well done and I'm sure people would like to show them off as well as who made them!
Extremely helpful. I almost sent my tufting gun back. You were so straight to the point so I think I got this now. So thank you. I have so much yarn so imma have fun with this.
@@RhodyRugsyou’re the first guy the pops up whenever people look up tufting videos!🙏🏽 i’m about to begin my journey and i’ve been watching most of your videos
@@RhodyRugs Also great video bro, i subscribed to your channel! 💛 Me and my wife we both really want to learn Tufting, only problem is that we live in small 2 room apartment, and that glue won't be good for our newborn son, so we can begin doing something with carpets only after we move to bigger apartment :/
@@atmosphericdream4968 thank you, Congrats on the baby! Also yes the glue wouldn’t be great in that situation. Tufting is really fun, let me know when you get to start 😁
@@RhodyRugs Tyvm! 😊 Alright i will let you know, but it can be that it won't be so soon.😔 If i don't answer it's not because i forgot about you, just so you know.😄 Have a great weekend bro, with love from Latvia🇱🇻 and Lithuania🇱🇹 ✌🏻
With respect, this kind of rug is useless though. How is one expected to be able to use it if it can't be properly cleaned? I'm exploring options from making my own, to buying a Beni ourain type knotted rug, and I see why they are priced higher. Because they'll last generations.
Bro you've been so helpful. Over the past month I studied and slowly bought my step-up, built a huge frame and finally broke out the Gun. Next thing I knew Bluey, (my 4 year Olds favorite cartoon character) was sketched beautifully next thing I know I had holes in my fabric. Is this why you rather not use Monk Cloth? Also I'd like that video on fixing holes. Thanks for your help and videos which have been so helpful this past month.
Yeah I really like monks cloth but I also use a polyester blend now. So I’d say just make sure your fabric is as tight as possible to prevent ripping with the gun
@RhodyRugs I seen it a few weeks ago but I'm torn between my work, the time I spent and the local market amazed at what I'm charging. But that's another problem 😆
Can you show changing colors and when pulling the yarn out of the cloth? Do you tie a knot? How do you keep it from unraveling? Thank you so much for making these videos 💜❤️
