It’s interesting most of them are more focused on wanting to ref the final rather than just doing the best they can for each match they ref.

Why the need for subtitles for the Spanish woman? Her English is fine - just listen!

Well, it's often grammatically incorrect, heavily accented and uses some idioms that are unfamiliar to English speakers, which makes it hard for some people to figure out what she is saying, especially if their hearing is not the best. You need to work on your tolerance levels, they're a bit on the low side.
